Customer Success Manager — Industrial AI / Manufacturing Tech | Munich

📍 Munich (4 days office / 1 day remote)

Fluent German required

About the Company

We're partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI platform business building tools for the industrial and manufacturing sector. Their technology helps frontline technicians and operators work smarter and more effectively combining training, guidance, and support into one platform, replacing the patchwork of disconnected tools most manufacturers rely on today.

Backed by recent funding and building serious momentum with clients across manufacturing and energy, this is a genuine chance to join early and help shape a function from the ground up.

The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you'll own how clients actually adopt and embed the platform into their day-to-day operations once they're signed. This isn't a support ticket role it's a hands-on, high-ownership position where you'll get deep into how each client's team works, drive the change management needed to make adoption stick, and build the relationship into long-term account growth.

You'll work closely with senior leadership from day one, with a clear path to build and lead the function as the company scales.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end client relationships post-sale, from onboarding through to expansion
  • Driving change management so the platform becomes genuinely embedded in how teams work, not just another tool that goes unused
  • Deep understanding of each client's systems and workflows to guide correct implementation
  • Growing account value over time through demonstrated impact and expansion

What We're Looking For

  • Engineering or systems engineering degree
  • 3+ years' experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role (strong candidates with 2 years will also be considered)
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial AI, SaaS, intralogistics, or workforce technology strongly preferred
  • Practical technical fluency :comfortable with tools like Python, SQL, and AI-assisted platforms
  • Exposure to SAP or CMMS systems a plus
  • Fluent German, professional-level English
  • 4 days in office in Munich

Why Apply

  • Join an early-stage, high-growth team with direct access to leadership
  • Genuine ownership over how the function is built, not a pre-defined playbook
  • Work on a product tackling a real, underserved problem in European manufacturing
  • Competitive salary plus equity (VSOP)
