1. Customer Response:
1.1 Engage with customer needs, provide quality service support to customers, receive and host quality-related customer visits, and maintain bilateral relationships.
1.2 Interface with customers, submit complaint analysis reports, and report on product quality issues.
1.3 Participate in customer weekly/monthly quality meetings, topical meetings, and project quality meetings.
2. Quality Improvement Promotion:
2.1 Investigate and follow up on customer quality complaints, coordinate internal resources for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
2.2 Lead the closure of customer complaint quality issues, evaluate the effectiveness of corrective measures, and promote preventive actions.
3. Claim Handling:
3.1 Responsible for quality claim verification, appeal, claim assignment, and internal accountability.
3.2 Responsible for the breakdown and assignment of market repair warranty claims.
4. Market Indicator Monitoring and Issue List Management:
4.1 Responsible for statistical tracking of market-side failure rates.
4.2 Responsible for compiling performance indicator statistics (failure rates, negative list items, etc.).
4.3 Responsible for preparing monthly quality reports and annual after-sales quality reports.
5. After-Sales and Internal Cross-Functional Support:
5.1 Assist the company-level major quality issue task force in handling major after-sales quality problems.
5.2 Provide cross-departmental collaboration and business support.
