Cross-Border Logistics Quality Manager
What You'll Do
- Forecast Receipt & Entry: Receive, verify and enter cross-border cargo forecast information into the system; ensure key data (product name, quantity, value, shipper/consignee) is accurate and complete.
- Document Review & Follow-up: Review customs documents (commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration, certificate of origin) for completeness, compliance and consistency; follow up on missing or abnormal documents to reduce customs delay risks.
- Customs Clearance Tracking: Monitor customs clearance progress in real time, record milestone timelines, identify exceptions (delays, inspection, detention) and escalate for resolution.
- Exception Alert & Coordination: Lead handling of customs exceptions, cargo damage/loss and last-mile delivery failures; coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, carriers and customer service for quick closure.
- Quality Improvement & Process Optimization: Conduct root cause analysis based on exception data and complaints; identify quality risks in cross-border operations, drive SOP optimization and standardization to reduce exception and repeat-complaint rates.
About You
- Industry Experience: 5+ years
- Role Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Professional Skills: Capable in cross-border customs operations and document review; familiar with full-chain cross-border logistics processes and customs documentation requirements; experience in logistics exception handling, quality improvement or process optimization projects preferred; strong risk identification, multi-party coordination and root cause analysis skills.
