To strengthen our Customer Support & Logistics Team, we are looking for a Copacking & Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our Mannheim office. This is a 12-month position to cover maternity leave.


Your Role

As Copacking & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and successful co-packing activities across the DACH region. You will collaborate closely with our third-party logistics providers (3PL), as well as internal teams including Planning, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Finance, to ensure products are delivered efficiently and processes continuously improve.


Your Responsibilities


Logistics & 3PL Management

  • Manage the operational relationship with our third-party logistics providers (3PL)
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and corrective actions
  • Coordinate claims related to damaged goods, transport issues and inventory discrepancies
  • Organize disposal of expired and damaged products
  • Coordinate inbound activities and ensure timely QA release together with the Quality team
  • Drive continuous improvements across warehouse and logistics processes


Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate slow-moving inventory clearance and pallet consolidation
  • Support inventory reporting and reconciliation activities


Co-Packing Coordination

  • Coordinate co-packing activities together with Planning, Marketing, QA and external partners
  • Ensure demand planning is aligned with available co-packing capacity
  • Create and maintain material master data, Bills of Material (BOMs) and purchase orders within the ERP system
  • Coordinate packaging materials and finished goods required for co-packing
  • Support serialization compliance and product release activities


Operational Performance

  • Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including:
  • Inventory Accuracy
  • Dock-to-Stock
  • On-Time Delivery
  • Customer claims related to logistics operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency


Financial Coordination

  • Review co-packing quotations and invoice compliance
  • Support financial bookings throughout the end-to-end co-packing process
  • Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations, ideally within FMCG, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and warehouse operations
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with a structured way of working
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
