Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Leading further development and driving the implementation of changes in governance frameworks within vendor management
- Organising and conducting workshops focussed on strategy development and the implementation of governance frameworks
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to refine and adjust governance frameworks to meet changing business needs
- Chairing, administering and coordinating governance meetings, including documenting and communicating agendas, minutes, and action items
- Providing support on escalations, service level agreements (SLAs), and other issues related to (strategic) vendor management
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree or similar qualification, as well as experience in a comparable position that provides you with a solid understanding
- Initial professional experience in IT procurement or project management, governance, or similar professional work experiences in related fields
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Business-fluent in English
Desirable extras.
- Experience in IT projects or management consulting
- Previous experience in vendor management in one or more areas, such as contract negotiation, performance management, and escalation handling
- German or additional languages are a plus
- Experience in ServiceNow and Tableau
