What this role looks like.

• Leading further development and driving the implementation of changes in governance frameworks within vendor management
• Organising and conducting workshops focussed on strategy development and the implementation of governance frameworks
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to refine and adjust governance frameworks to meet changing business needs
• Chairing, administering and coordinating governance meetings, including documenting and communicating agendas, minutes, and action items
• Providing support on escalations, service level agreements (SLAs), and other issues related to (strategic) vendor management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree or similar qualification, as well as experience in a comparable position that provides you with a solid understanding
• Initial professional experience in IT procurement or project management, governance, or similar professional work experiences in related fields
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Business-fluent in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience in IT projects or management consulting
• Previous experience in vendor management in one or more areas, such as contract negotiation, performance management, and escalation handling
• German or additional languages are a plus
• Experience in ServiceNow and Tableau
