For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Change Manager (m/f/d)
The role will be working closely with the wider Customer Services community and will requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with the Operations functions, Sales, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams from all the sites worldwide and the central Customer Services Transformation team located in Toulouse.
🔹Main Task and Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage key stakeholders for the department's projects
- Conduct change impact analysis and develop the case for change as the foundation for change and communication planning
- Design, manage and execute the change and communication plan to support successful adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure clear governance and structure, effective stakeholder and resistance management, strong employee engagement, and sustainable change adoption
- Advise and consult stream leaders, project core team and the Satair leadership team on how to effectively implement the desired change objectives
- Consult on projects outside the project portfolio, focusing on: stakeholder- and resistance management, change management structure, engaging communication and change adoption.

🎯 Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Communication Studies
or Psychology or similar.
- At least 2/3 years of Professional experience in Change Management, Public Relations/Communications Management
- IT skills: detailed knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management:
- Language skills: Fluent English is mandatory: German and French language skills would be a plus
