📅 Start: Immediate | Duration: 9 months | Contract

We are looking for an experienced Change Management & Communications Specialist to support strategic transformation initiatives and help establish a sustainable PROSCI-based change management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply PROSCI/ADKAR change management methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments.
• Develop change management and communication plans.
• Create change stories, messaging, and engagement materials.
• Support resistance management and adoption tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Coach internal stakeholders and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Communications, or Transformation.
• Practical experience with PROSCI methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies and materials.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English.
• Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Engineering is preferred.
