Working Model
We support a remote work structure, provided a conducive work environment is maintained - uninterrupted broadband internet, a quiet workspace, and consistent availability. Our working hours are flexible, extending beyond traditional office hours.
Responsibilities
- Customize course materials to meet the specific needs of each corporate client.
- Provide feedback and follow-up to companies and learners to ensure educational impact and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and effectiveness in diverse corporate environments.
- Upload educational results and learner progress into the mYngle system, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- C2/native-level proficiency in Standard German
- Recognized teaching credential (e.g., DaF/DaZ, QTS/PGCE, M.Ed., or equivalent)
- 2+ years teaching experience with adults (1:1 and small groups)
- Confident with digital classrooms and assessment
