Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Support forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance measurement activities where required.
• Validate data and analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical & Technical Requirements
• Strong understanding of business analytics, data analysis, and statistical concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of KPIs, performance measurement, and business reporting.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, validation, and exploratory analysis.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful business insights.
• Understanding of basic forecasting, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods.
