About your workplace

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated brand strategy expert to join our global Brand & Marketing team. In this role, you will drive key brand strategy projects, provide strategic insights for product development and innovation, and guide markets with data-driven recommendations. You will help shape how Miele develops its brand strategy and is perceived by media and customers worldwide, working as part of a highly dynamic, diverse and international team.

  • Lead and manage brand strategy projects in close collaboration with internal departments
  • Inform and support the product development and innovation management process with strategic insights
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to guide markets and key central functions in their mid-term planning
  • Evaluate and align annual plans to ensure consistency with the mid- to long-term brand strategy
  • Inspire, support, and guide the creation of marketing strategies through a solid brand strategy foundation

  • University degree with a focus on marketing or equivalent and significant experience in leading complex brand strategy projects in an international environment for premium brand companies and/or the consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable brand insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for brand development, innovation and long-term strategic thinking
  • Ability to inspire teams and stakeholders with a clear vision for brand success
