We are working with a leading general contractor delivering a major project in FrankfurtThey are now looking for a BIM Coordinator to support multidisciplinary design and construction teams across complex projects. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models</li><li>Develop and maintain BIM processes and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)</li><li>Lead coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors</li><li>Carry out clash detection, model reviews, and issue tracking</li><li>Support 2D/3D drawing production and model-based workflows</li><li>Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements</li><li>Support project teams with technical and As-Built documentation</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar</li><li>2–4 years' BIM coordination</li><li>Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, or similar software</li><li>Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, and BEPs</li><li>Good communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience on complex construction projects is highly desirable</li></ul> A strong opportunity to join an international contractor delivering technically advanced projects across Europe, with clear progression within BIM and digital construction.
