Assistant for Manager (Graduate Role)

Job Responsibilities


1. Oversee core calendar management, coordinate key internal & external meetings as well as cross‑border engagements. Prepare pre‑meeting background briefs, prioritize schedules and avoid calendar conflicts.

2. Screen, consolidate and pre‑process internal‑external information, emails and documents. Generate concise key takeaways and filter redundant information.

3. Compile pre‑meeting materials for key and international meetings; distill core insights and resolution minutes.

4. Translate, proofread and polish high‑level bilingual correspondence, external documents and speech materials; conduct cross‑border liaison and communication.

5. Act as a communication liaison with internal department heads and key external partners, align information, convey requirements and serve as a communication buffer. 6. Manage filing of critical documents, enforce strict control over sensitive information and comply with confidentiality policies.


Job Requirements


1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduation date: September 2026 or later. All academic coursework completed and available for full‑time employment.

2. English and Chinese as a working language with outstanding written skills; capable of independently handling formal documents and business communications. Proficiency in German as a working language is a strong plus.

3. Strong ability to distill core information with concise writing and sharp logical thinking. Excellent interpersonal tact and emotional intelligence.

4. High level of confidentiality awareness, prudent and composed mindset. Able to adapt to sudden schedule changes and work well under pressure.

5. Capable of handling multiple high‑priority tasks concurrently.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
