WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full journey of AI solutions - from initial idea and technical design to production, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify high-value use cases across our portfolio companies and turn business challenges into reliable, scalable applications that deliver measurable impact.
• Establish the data infrastructure AI depends on by building modular, dependable pipelines that can be reused, scaled, and reproduced with confidence.
• Work side by side with Top Management and the AI Team to translate emerging opportunities into a clear digital direction for the organization.
• Help project teams work better technically by strengthening engineering quality, bringing user needs into the process, and making agile principles work in practice.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have hands-on experience developing full-stack software and understand what it takes to take applications from architecture to long-term maintenance. Python and TypeScript are part of your toolkit.
• You know the building blocks of modern AI, including LLMs, AI agents, embeddings, and generative AI applications.
• You are confident working with APIs, Git, databases, and core data structures.
• You approach complex problems with curiosity and can uncover opportunities and solutions that are not immediately obvious.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field — or bring equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in areas such as DevOps, MLOps, containerization, CI/CD, or cybersecurity is a plus.
