Job Responsibilities
- Daily office operation: key & safety patrol, workplace environment, office equipment & supplies, employee parking management.
- Mail‑parcel handling, liaise with local logistics such as DHL, track critical documents and update China HQ.
- On‑site formalities for German authorities & banks; travel within Germany / neighboring countries for document submission and tax‑office communication.
- Guest reception, meeting‑room booking, on‑site setup and catering arrangement.
- Collect & verify European office expenses, guide reimbursement, check auto‑debit bills, issue monthly admin cost reports, optimize procurement for cost saving.
- Employee support: internal‑event coordination; expat housing‑hunting & official‑address registration; cooperate with car‑rental vendors.
- On‑/off‑boarding admin: assign keys & work equipment for new‑hires; recover company assets & revoke access for leavers.
- Fixed‑asset stock‑taking & idle‑asset management; cross‑border asset collection & shipment from resigned staff in Germany and adjacent countries.
- Basic IT troubleshooting, coordinate local IT vendors, support device reset for departing employees.
Job Requirements
- Proficient English; Plus Mandarin or Germany is preferred.
- Admin / HR‑admin experience in multinational companies. Prefer familiarity with German local admin workflows; experience in Chinese‑funded overseas enterprises is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office; ERP/OA experience preferred; basic competence on expense audit & report writing; knowledge of German labor‑law, tax and commercial registration is bonus.
